The Excitement...It's Too Much!

I have some great news for everyone!! Here.. I'll show you instead!
This was taken last night

This was taken only 3 hours later

And here is the one from today
These are ovulation tests... not pregnancy tests.

We arent telling anyone until 8 weeks either way.  The reason for his is because we want t be sure it has worked and we will be looking forward to January either way, whether it be for inseminations or 2nd trimester visit.

Please don't bother asking about pregnancy test results because I will just say that we are excited for January.

Sooo...time to jump around!

Some Filler

here.are.some.jokes.until.there.is.more.news!!....AND.YES.I.DO.NOT.HAVE.A.SPACEBAR.RIGHT.NOW

An American man is riding a train in a European country. His seatmate knows some English, and they end up chatting. The seatmate asks if the American has children. The American says no.
"Ah, so sad," says the European. "Your wife, she is impregnable?" "Well, um, that's not exactly the word," says the American. "Oh!" interrupts the European. "I mean, she is inconceivable?" "Um, not quite --" the American begins, only to be interrupted again. "Oh, no, that isn't right," says the European. "She is, what is it, she is unbearable?" "Well, actually, that's pretty much sums it up," says the American.

A pregnant woman from Washington, D.C. gets in a car accident and falls into a deep coma. Asleep for nearly six months, when she wakes up she sees that she is no longer pregnant and frantically asks the doctor about her baby. The doctor replies, "Ma'am you had twins! A boy and a girl. Your brother from Maryland came in and named them."
The woman thinks to herself, "No, not my brother... he's an idiot!"
She asks the doctor, "Well, what's the girl's name?"
"Denise."
"Wow, that's not a bad name, I like it! What's the boy's name?"
"Denephew. "

Brenda, pregnant with her first child, was paying a visit to her obstetrician's office. When the exam was over, she shyly began, "My husband wants me to ask you if its still okay..."
"I know, I know." the doctor said, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder, "I get asked that all the time. Sex is fine until late in the pregnancy."
"No, that's not it at all," Brenda confessed. "He wants to know if I can still mow the lawn."

The room was full of pregnant women and their partners, and the Lamaze class was in full swing. The instructor was teaching the women how to breathe properly, along with informing the men how to give the necessary assurances at this stage of the plan.
The teacher then announced, "Ladies, exercise is good for you. Walking is especially beneficial. And, gentlemen, it wouldn't hurt you to take the time to go walking with your partner!"
The room really got quiet. Finally, a man in the middle of the group raised his hand.
"Yes?" replied the teacher.
"Is it alright if she carries a golf bag while we walk?"

The Delivery
A married couple went to the hospital together to have their baby delivered. Upon their arrival, the doctor said he had invented a new machine that would transfer a portion of the mother's labor pain to the father. He asked if they were willing to try it out. They were both very much in favor of it.
The doctor set the knob to 10 percent for starters, explaining that even 10 percent was probably more pain than the father had ever experienced before.
But as the labor progressed, the husband felt fine, so he asked the doctor to go ahead and bump it up a notch. The doctor then adjusted the machine to 20 percent pain transfer.
The husband was still feeling fine. The doctor checked the husband's blood pressure and pulse and was amazed at how well he was doing. At this, they decided to try for 50 percent. The husband continued to feel quite well.
Since it was obviously helping out his wife considerably, he encouraged the doctor to transfer ALL the pain to him. The wife delivered a healthy baby with virtually no pain. She and her husband were ecstatic.
When they got home, the mailman was dead on their porch.

I Didn't Write This One, But Had To Share

Our friendship started differently,
Than most friendships I've had.
We had to search each other out,
because of something sad.

A precious child to fill your hearts,
Is what you're longing for.
Infertility has made it hard,
to open up that door.

And so a search began for you,
to find a helping heart.
So similar to my own search,
not knowing where to start.

For me, the search is special,
it requires such great care.
A couple to have a child...
the fruit my search must bare.

Now we've found each other,
so much more real it seems.
Through faith and hope and honesty,
we're moving toward your dream.

But the dream we have,
it is the same, a dream that's filled with firsts.
First smiles, first laughs, first steps, first words.
All starting with a birth.

Often times I find myself wondering what it's like,
to have to trust a stranger with such a precious life.
And though I can't imagine,all that you've been through,
I hope you know I'll do my best to bring a child to you.

Surrogacy is something not everyone can do.
But I've been so blessed in my life,
I'm drawn to helping you.
Some people call us Angels, us surro-moms to be.
But I don't feel angelic, I just feel like me.

Our journey is just starting,
and no one knows the end.
I pray it brings to you a child,
and brings to me a friend.

And Yes... The Good News Begins!

So!

Guess who visited on the 9th at 6pm??

AF!!!

That's right.

Fereaking Right.

Who's the man?! Err.. uhh.. WOMAN?!

AUNT FLOW!

Still on track !

So here's the plan.  I called the company where I ordered my clomid, and apparently there was a shipping problem and they resent it.  They said 3-5 days.  3 days is great.  5.. not so much.  I COULD take it, but I would not be too please with having to do it.  Of course, AF started late enough at night and even if it was here in 5 days I would only be on day 5 still so it's okay.  It would be 5.5 though.  Okay, I'm done confusing everyone!

I called my Intended Mother at shortly after 7am her time after what seemed like an hour of waiting to make sure it wasn't too early haha.  Australian's are soo relaxed! Has anyone noticed that??  You never know when they're really upset, or when they're really excited.  I was sooo excited, I was jumping around my living room listening to this song :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=POv-3yIPSWc

Okay. I know. I'm a bit of a nerd.  Understood.  HOWEVER... I was super excited! lol

I was cleaning up after supper.. and dancing!  My daughter was probably ready to call the authorities and let them know her mother had lost her mind for sure this time and to come get me to throw me into a white suit which constricts all movement... if you know what I mean.

Okay.  So other than that.  Exciting weekend!

We have our daughter's 2nd birthday party on Sunday!  Getting excited and a little discouraged at the same time.  People are starting to cancel on us and its a little disheartening.  I mean heck, it happens all the time, but if you are going to say that you will be there and I've sat up that extra 15 minutes to make your kids surprise bags that suit them individually... you better be there... or you're not getting that bag of treats!

Ramble over.  Anyone follow vlogs on youtube?  I'm really hooked to Spricket24 right now. She just found out she was pregnant [on a video blog, shows dedication!] at the very end of August and I thought it was great!  I had to see it as a sign for sure.  Then again, I see EVERYTHING as a sign lol  I count how many very pregnant women I see in the mall now.  That's crazy.  Just saying.

I'm off to buy digital pregnancy tests tomorrow for October 4th.  Frig I'm excited.  I'm going to take my test live on skype.  If you would like to share this with me, add me on skype Cathleen1091@hotmail.com.  It will be a special time for sure either way, it will be my first public pee. haha

Okay Okay... gotta run, and trying to keep these things short!! Darn your all so addictive!

For your entertainment ...

And Of Course..

It'll take awhile to find good ones like these!!!

Hope you enjoyed them while they lasted!!

Hopefully I will have more updates soon... we're in the waiting process of IF getting here to do inseminations... so it's just waiting waiting waiting right now... and to be honest nothing is really happening with me either, so that doesn't help at all.

Now we're alllll waiting for my period to start, which is due in 2 days... but I've been cramping for awhile today. Even if it comes now, we're still okay for inseminations though.  Clomid will be here by the 10th, so that's exciting.  Nothing else though....

Okay! Have a great day!

There Is A First For Everything!!

I have exciting news!!

No... we're not pregnant. lol

Two days ago (September 3rd) I used skype for the first time with my Intended Mother !!  It was amazing, and we both had to wonder why we had not thought of doing so sooner.  I could not keep a straight or serious face, I just smiled for the entire 2 hours and 55 minutes.  Yes... I know the exact time... it was a very special time for me!!  Extremely exciting!!

EDITED: VERONIQUE GAVE ME THE IDEA TO DOWNLOAD SKYPE

Also, last night (September 4th) I got to meet their son!!! Well, kind of.  We brought the two children online to see each other for the first time in real person.  Well.. as real as it's going to be for awhile... gosh, you know what I mean!!!

He's just adorable, and a complete computer hog of course haha  However, my daughter was the way and every time he would say something (our microphone is broken, so no two way communication) she would get excited and point at the screen and say Prince (child's name here).  It was just adorable.

Needless to say, we both had to peel the children away from the computer !!  It was lovely!!

Another HUGE update.  Well, this may actually be bigger lol

I had asked my Intended Mother to be my Matron of Honour!  I was so happy to see that she approved  and accepted!

So, I wanted to share the dresses and hair styles I've picked out (in the last 4 hours, so bear with me haha).

Matron of Honour Dress
Hair

Bride Maid Dresses
Hair

Flower Girl Dress
Hair

Bride’s Dress
Bride’s Hair

Hopefully my whole 9 followers can just click on those links!

I'm still looking for Mother of The Bride outfits... but I'm getting there!!  She will be giving me away at my wedding and I'm so very excited!  We have about 10 months until the wedding [I wanted a month after birth to get back to my pre pregnancy body], so I think by then we should be all ready to go!!

Here are some suits/dresses I have been looking at for my mom. I've never seen her in a dress, so I don't know what to expect her reaction to be to be honest... so I will have to talk with her before I go crazy and take her measurements and buy the suit/dress.

Anyway those are just a few ideas.  If anyone out there has any ideas for her, please let me know!!  She's big busted, and tiny everywhere else, so I have to take the into consideration haha.

OKAY!! I think I'm all updated.

Side note... it's 0427 hours.  Babies will be up soon... gotta hit the SACK.

Thank you Momsicle in advance... you've already been such a kind soul to me and you've helped so much in giving me advice for this wedding.  Your every girl's dream Maid of Honor!!  I love you!!

And for everyone else... I'm not all that sappy.... lol

OH ... and AF should be here in 5 days :P  Will track Ovulation cycle after that, but having some cramping tonight so maybe AF will show up a bit early this month, which is okay, we have made precautions for that!

This time I'm really done!! Hope you enjoyed! Leave lots of comments, constructive criticism, and compliments please!!!

OH and the theme of the wedding is pink and black, everyone attending the wedding other than the Bride, Mother of the Bride and Maid of Honor and Flower Girl will be following this dress regulation.
